Dan Brazier

Dan Brazier has 30 years of proven business experience with several well recognized consumer marketing, healthcare and pharmaceutical companies. Responsibilities included Canada, the United States and several international fronts.
He has held a variety of senior positions including sales and marketing management, general management, strategic planning, corporate development and executive management roles.
Most recently Dan served as CEO, President and was also a member of the Board of Directors of Draxis Health. Prior to his appointment as CEO; he served in the office of the President as Chief Operating Officer.
Prior to joining DRAXIS Health he established a specialty products division within a major international pharmaceutical company and led that division through a period of rapid growth.
Dan Brazier holds an honours degree in Commerce, with a double major in both Marketing and Finance. |

John Snisarenko joined Genentech USA Inc. (a member of the Roche Group) in December 2007 as Vice President, Sales & Marketing, LUCENTIS® responsible for all commercial activities within Genentech’s Ophthalmology franchise.
Prior to joining Genentech, John was the VP & General Manager, Ophthalmology at Novadaq Technologies, where he led the development and pre-commercial activities for a novel device that had the potential to be used in imaging and treating abnormal vessels in the back of the eye.
A 20-year veteran of the eyecare industry, John also held the position of Vice President and Business Unit Head for Novartis Ophthalmics, responsible for all commercial activities for the Canadian marketplace. Over his fourteen year tenure at Novartis, he developed a sales and marketing strategy for Canada that helped to grow the Novartis ophthalmic pharmaceutical portfolio to the #1 rank in Canada.
John holds a B.Sc. in Biochemistry and an MBA in Marketing and International Business from McGill University. |

Robert Frances is President and Chief Executive Officer at PEAK Financial Group. Headquartered in Montreal (Quebec), PEAK Financial Group provides full-service securities products, mutual funds and life and health insurance services. Today, PEAK is the largest independent group offering financial services in Quebec and the 4th largest in Canada with over $6 billion of assets under administration. Independence from proprietary products is PEAK’s trademark.
Robert Frances holds a B.Comm, an MBA, and various financial planning and professional designations. His involvement extends beyond his firm’s activities and dedicates much of his time to the finance community and industry. He currently holds the position of Past Chair of the Investment Funds Institute of Canada’s (IFIC) Board of Directors and Past Chair of the John Molson School of Business’ (Concordia University) Advisory Board. An enthusiastic member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), he actively serves in several functions (current Vice Chair of the International Board, Chair of the Education Committee and founder of the Musicians Network). |
